InactiveThe stats were totally down before to me but now they seem to work again.

Inactivethe commission more than halved
– same problem

InactiveIts hit me for about $2,000 this time around

Maybe they “glitched” again but i’m starting to think they’re not terribly reliable. The other month i just sneaked into the 30% category by the end of the month, then 4 days into the following month they added a $200 chargeback to the previous month which took me back into the 25% zone and cost me about $800 – the only month in the 8 i’ve had them onboard where I’ve had a chargeback.
:huh2:

Inactivemy stats have halved as well – its not a fortune but just clarifies what you’re saying…

InactiveBoth my player count and earnings have been cut in half also.
What is going on?

InactiveSame problem here too. The stats stopped updating on the 19th, then last night my stats reported an extra 18 new players & launched me way over the 35% barrier.
Also, I seem to have lost 7 new purchasing accounts in one day.

Inactivefrom referback site:
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Our Technical department has picked up a duplication error in the tables of the on-line statistics. The error has since been rectified and some Affiliates will have noticed a change in their player numbers as well as revenue. Kindly accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused!May 25, 2005 at 3:14 pm #666071Anonymous
InactiveHmm. I guess everyone will have to take Referback’s word for it.
A few questions for the people who are affected by this: Are the adjusted numbers in line with what you typically make with Referback? i.e. Before the adjustment, were you making twice as much as usual this month?

InactiveIt’s within a normal range of fluctuation for me.

InactiveLooks reasonable to me. My player count went from 6 to 14 overnight, between the 23rd and 24th. Today it’s reverted to 7, which makes sense if everything had been inadvertently doubled.
While I don’t convert that well at the RB casinos, they’ve always seemed fair in their dealings with me. I once had a very large chargeback that was apparently resolved months later with the player. I had a large unexplained and completely unexpected commission in my account when that happened. That would have been easy money for them to keep.
Player retention is very good, so lower conversions aren’t as big a problem as at other places.

InactiveYes i’m back in the “normal” range so it was obviously the doubling that did it. Disappointing though as for 24 hours i was on a real high

InactiveActually, after posting my message saying their conversion rate was on the low side, I figured I better check my numbers on that. And, I see they’re pretty good for the last few months. Looks like I should find some more spots for RB placements.

InactiveI have seen an increase in conversions lately also.
