UPDATE – AUGUST 1ST, 2005
These 30 sites are now showing pagerank 4 and the majority of the pages where you links will be placed are showing Pagerank 3 and 2.
Please PM me if you would like to trade links with these 30 sites. I will personally have a look at your site to make sure it does not have any penalties. If it is clear of penalties then we will be happy to trade links with it. No pagerank is required – just a clean site with quality unique content

Slightly off topic, but is there a way to tone down the frequency of link checking, or to limit it to a certain area of my sites? So far this month one of my sites shows this in the stats:
