I have never played there but this is what I found.

Tigergaming used to be Gutspoker and had very slow payouts. Now rumored to be involved/related to Zerorake and Dutch Boyd. Both very bad if you are recruiting players. Also some players say when you clear the sign up bonus you have to request it instead of automaticaly getting it.

Unless things have changed, your players will hate you if any of the above is true.

No problem. I am always happy to offer a players view, because if we advertise a poor program, we will loose credibility with our players. This is why honest programs are so important.

    Hi,
Superior Poker is in the Action Poker network and I can assure everyone that whatever happened with Guts is ancient history. This network is strong and I am not aware of any complaints for at least as long as we’ve been running (2 years). If there were, I would be the first to recommend moving all Superior players elsewhere, and Superior is the biggest licensee.

Zerorake was an experiment they tried last summer that was not very popular with me either, but that is also history. Not sure about Dutch Boyd.

About the bonusing issue, the only reason for this is because the auto system has not been built into the software. But this is coming in a month or so, at least from what I’ve been told. It’s something I’ve been pushing for since we started. i’ve been pushing for alot of things and we’re finally seeing things come together. If anyone has any issues, please let me know and I will have them addressed promptly. We’re serious about what we’re doing and I will continue to make sure that things are moving in the right direction for players and affiliates.
    Thanks

Jeff, thank you for the information. I was only repeating what poker players have said and that is one of the biggest hurdles any program must face. Before I play at any poker room I research it and just don’t play if there are too many negatives. There are too many other options. Now I realize that not all players research things, but the ones who pay the most rake usually do.

The bonus issue is a huge deal to players. From your post, why hasn’t someone figured this out in two years?

The thing that turned many players against zerorake other than there were never any players were the shills constantly pushing it on some of the poker boards. I am not saying that the shills were employed by zerorake, but it sure looked that way. And that is the point I was trying to make. Perception is everything.

Sure, no problem. I’m just trying to keep my side of the street clean. Unfortunately I have to make these points clear every once in a while. But I’m happy to do it.
Yeah, this bonus issue is important, and I’m pushing the software company all the time. They clearly understand the importance of it.
