I don’t know what’s the best place for DNS hosting but I can recommend a place where you can search for that: webhostingtalk.com
You can go to that forum, look for exactly what you want, ask for a special price for what you need, and also see what people are saying about a specific company. That forums are an excellent place for all questions related to webhosting and the likes.
Note: This is the second time I’m recommending webhostingtalk, I hope all of you don’t think I’m affiliate with them
