InactiveGambleHarder,
I am fairly new to this but from what you describe I think it very unbusinesslike of these casinos. I would like to know which ones are doing this so us newbies understand who we’re up against.March 24, 2005 at 10:40 pm #663379Anonymous
InactiveI was just using that as an example – and not all
involve ezboard websites they just happen to be the ones
listed in this specific newsletter that I used to try to explain…March 26, 2005 at 2:14 am #663437Anonymous
InactiveYesterday (March 24), Royal Dutch Casino was rogued by Casinomeister. Read the details here.

InactiveHaha really?
I have never had problems with them other then this specific issue which other casinos are equally guilty of, I just used that as an example…
They did increaese my revshare and said they would feature my site in the next newsletter which I politely told them that was besides the point and would only make me look like a hippocrite lol.

InactiveHmm that’s seems like a bizarre incident to label them as a rogue casino
considering it just seems like more of a situation with the switching of owners and managements really. The affiliate program has always paid me on time when I requested and very speedily. They have also replied to my emails satisfactorily and the supervisors always on call…
Aside from my complaint they have paid me on time, very quickly, always gave me good service, and I even played there a few times too in which I recieved nice bonuses and quick help….
hmmm

InactiveI have had no problems with them either.

InactiveWell just because you were paid as an affiliate doesn’t mean they are paying their players and treating them appropriatley. If you look at that thread about them on casinomeister, you will see how rude their representative was to potential and existing players. Also, they have not paid someone for 8 months or so and the amount is ridiculous compared to the price they are paying for NOT paying, lol. Anyway, I am no longer promoting them, they haven’t answered any of my emails nor paid me a dime, however my decision was based on all of the above.

InactiveOne of our other sites is one of the ezboard sites mentioned in that newsletter, we did not give permission for this email, and if they would have asked us we would have said NO! I don’t feel they should have done that and the only reason they did do that is to try to get players after this mess at Meister.
After reading that mess at Meister we yanked all banners down and will not promote this casino in the least bit, not only that for the last 2 months we had postive money in the account, we were never paid, when the first of the month would come around instead of carrying over it just dissappeared!
I asked them several times about this and they had no answer, instead they tried to bribe us into keeping them with empty promises.Any casino that threatens to get the law and IRS involved is untrustworthy and scum in my eyes, and cannot be trusted. I think the lies they told over and over are enough to make anyone run from them.

Guestthe law and IRS involved
what a bunch of scumbags!
the IRS. this casino and its owners ought to be drummed out of the business and I for one will take time to write a page on them.

Inactivewow, avoid this at all costs.
$2700 for a casino should not be a great amount. From what they have done…..

InactiveOne notable group is Fortune AFfiliates – who I can always count on to add my affiliate code tag to every link my traffic clicks through too once in their pages from my site
Fortune affiliates has always been very good about sending promotions to affiliate players with affiliate codes. totally transparent, David and his team has done a excellent job.
When working with casino groups trust is really important. You trust they will pay you, they dont shave off player, cross promote to get player off your tag, give you correct commissions, and so on.
What these casinos promoting forums are doing I don’t consider right, any casino groups promoting players we sent to other place don’t care about us or need us.

InactiveWell I feel better now that I know that there are others
who agree with me on this matter.Regarding the Royal Dutch incidents: Didn’t all this crap happen prior to their closing and being bought out by new owners and new management? I’m only wondering becaues if that’s the case then wouldn’t the old company/owners be responsible techincally?
March 28, 2005 at 4:38 am #663497Anonymous
InactiveWell it could be the new owners agreed when purchasing, they inheirted old debts as well, and none of that excuses them from all the lies upon lies and threats made to the player. They did not even bother to email us and ask if we would mind if they added or forum to the email, I think that was rather rude.
What was the big deal, it would have been so much easier to pay that 2700 to the player, instead they brought all this upon themselves.
March 28, 2005 at 5:23 am #663500Anonymous
InactiveThe rudeness was not from the “old management” nor the lack of response from email queries regarding payment to myself. I agree with bonustreak, they did in fact bring this on themselves. Yet another disappointment and blemish to the industry. :dajudge:
