Never say never. It’s not easy, but I know for a fact more then 2 people here at CAP manage more than that.

    Engineer,

i don’t even know where to start…we’ve got 200 casino domains
and i’d like to have it structured very tight….

like how many affiliate programs should we join ?

how many websites should we develop ?

how many different design templates ?

what about casino portals that list our websites ? how many ?

can we partner with anybody and have our domain and our design but have their casino games..their software…

i want to do a good job and organize everything so i can maximize all of my work…

any help at all would be great :)

i thank you for your time and patience…

    Hi sininis,

I’m somewhat new to all of this myself, but here are a few thoughts I had….

You should join as many affiliate programs as you are comfortable with. You certainly don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket by joining only one affiliate program. I am signed up with roughly a dozen different programs right now, and I will be signing up with more programs in the future.

Pick quality programs. Read this message board and look at the opinions expressed by people here who already use the program you are considering. There are many quality programs out there worth promoting, and then there are really awful ones that you shouldn’t touch. CAP is a great place to learn about the various programs.

Keep in mind also, that each affiliate program may have multiple casinos and poker rooms for you to promote. You’ll need to sort through the options and decide which ones appeal to you. Just because an affiliate program encompasses several different casinos doesn’t mean all of the casinos are the same but with different names. There are of course cases where this is not true; where the casinos basically are the same, but have different names for each one.

Regarding the number of websites to develop — again, as many as you think would work for you. I can’t imagine handling more than a few websites myself. If I had a hundred sites, that would be a nightmare for me to update and maintain, unless I had my own staff of people to update content all the time. Maintaining two sites is tough for me, because I have other obligations that demand my time. I don’t do this full time (yet).

Another thing to consider is the size of each site. Do you want a few large sites, or a hundred microsites? I’m of the opinion that it’s better to have several large sites instead of hundreds of microsites. I believe the search engines prefer domains with many pages and with more content over domains with only a few pages of content.

Also, it is much easier for me to maintain a few sites than it would be to maintain a hundred sites. I use cascading style sheets (CSS) for my sites, and changing the layout and colors, etc. is very easy this way. If I had a hundred different sites with their own unique appearance, it would require a lot more time.

I wouldn’t want to have only one site either. If something happens to your server, if your database is hacked, or if your site suddenly loses ranking, it would be nice if you had other sites up and running, earning income, while you repair and rebuild the damaged site. Again, don’t put all your eggs in one basket.

I think you’re talking about a white label. This topic was actually discussed today, right here: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showthread.php?t=5507

As I said before, I’m new to this too, and I learn more and more each day. The most important thing I’ve learned so far, is that different things work for different people. There is no single magic recipe for success.

    Good luck!

    Hi Everyone

    This is my first post.

I have 9 sites. I am amazed at the people with 150+. There must be quite a few gambling sites out there.

    Welcome to CAP. blckjack!

I don’t have that many either, but understand that these tend to be serviced through a program that updates many or all of them at a time.

In cases where this is not true, some people charge a listing fee so it offsets the time spent to update.

I know it sounds a bit like blowing my own trumpet when i say this, but since i got Casinofeed running, i’ve found i can create new sites using casinos on casinofeed and not have to worry about constantly updating them unless something major happens. This means i am now starting to create sites focusing on different areas and ideas. I have one “main” site, and now 3 other micro-sites that deal with specifics, different key terms and casinos etc.

Each auto-generates itself on a gradual basis based on user behaviour, perhaps adding one or two new pages each week by itself, with varying content.

Took a while to set the automation up, but now its easy to manage.

    Cheers

    Simmo!
