Cockfighting is a traditional sport in Asia – and the roosters are generally well taken care of otherwise. I would imagine that horseracing is much more stressful in general to the animals.
However, I doubt I would ever promote this type of program, and besides, I doubt PAGCOR will even allow an affiliate program outside of the Philippines.

In Florida we have had a problem with both Cock fights and Dog Fights, luckily our police crack down on this whenever its discovered.
Animal abuse is disgusting.
I rank it right down there with child abuse and elder abuse.
I have seen how these roosters are kept before fights Spears, and it is NOT good except for good quality feed. They are tethered by one foot very close but just outside striking distance of other roosters, and a dog is used to agitate them all. It is disgusting and I immediately turned the outfit in.
When fighting, they have blades attached to their spurs so any injury nature intended to get the rival to submit now shreds them to pieces.
I have no tolerance for cowardly people who get their jollies by watching trained animals shred each other to pieces.

I have to agree that is sick, I would never watch anything like that, those who do are a few beers short of a six pack!
That’s not even a sport . . it’s sick and demented.
I agree with Dominique . . it’s right down there in the gutter with child abuse.
While I have never been to a real cockfight, I have watched similar scenes in movies, and I can’t say that I would enjoy something like that.
It is sick. Cruelty to animals in every sense. It is a :nono:
