I’ve been given that stupid message as well. Looks like it is one of their standard replies when you query a negative amount. It makes no sense what so ever and all it does it piss people off and give a negative impression.
i have had massive amounts of negatives for my partypoker account…I always thought it was because of the bonuses they give out. How much could the chargeback fees be? I have had days where my account is more than -1000 MGR (mean gross revenue).
