vladcizsolMemberSeems like an interesting concept, but you indicate the barn has been standing since the 1880s. After reading that I was struck by the thought that perhaps it COULD stand for another 50 years before it finally collapses.
Is there a way to make the barn seem like its likely to go anytime now?

InactiveI was going to say kind of what Professor said LOL.
Unless you know that this barn is likely to fall within a few months, maybe up to a year, there is no attraction – people don’t watch plants grow so if it’s not a sure thing it may not work that well – but definitely a cool idea

You might want to try something like “When will the next Golden Palace streaker appear” because you know one of them is going to show up sooner or later. GP might even be interested in sponsoring something like that LOL – but if they do I get a cut

Guestthanks for the replies guys. I guess I’ll put it on the back shelf.
You’re right there’s no insurance it will fall, but it sure looks like its ready.
The GP idea is a good one, and I agree that the way to go would be to contact CB and have them involved because otherwise I’d have no way of knowing when the next streaker really happened.

You know it’s going to happen – just wait for the news reports

InactiveI’ve seen similar type raffles in small town’s north of where I live. (The Great White North)
Spring thaw everyone buys raffle tickets and trys to guess the time a car (or whatever) falls thru the ice.…..more fun then counting how many teeth you lost over winter I guess !!
