InactiveI am considering doing the same thing in the future for my grown children. Personally this should not be a problem for the affiliate programs in my opinion.

InactiveFergie,
It sounds perfectly legit to me.
As an affiliate manager, I would not have a problem with this because the idea behind two-tier systems is to bring more webmasters to a program — which you have done by setting up those sites for your “children.”
We don’t offer a “two tier” affiliate system at Winward or Bingo Hall, so I am just speaking in general. But I can’t imagine any other affiliate program having a problem with this.

InactiveFergie-
I can’t imagine you’d have a problem with any reasonable account manager as long as you advise them of what you’re up to.

GuestHi,
Don’t do anything until you’ve gained an ok from the programs that you will be using, and then be certain to keep the emails stating its okay.
better safe than sorry.

That’s good advice …
It’s better to ask and get permission up front, rather than just do it and “hope they don’t mind.”
