As long as your affiliate tag is in the link then you should be fine. If a affiliate program needs you to register EVERY domain you have it’s probably easier to not promote them until they change anyway.

Do you know programms which work so?
I only actively promote 5 affiliate programs at the moment. 4 of them are for casinos and no – they don’t require registration of all domains.
No need to register all domains with the casinos. I NEVER do. As EyesCoffee said as long as you are sending traffic via your affiliate tags you will be credited for activity on your account.

Same problem have only with TradeDoubler and DarkBlue – received error for the traffic from other domains
