I don’t work with this particular casino, but hopefully one of our other webmasters can shed some light on this.
I don’t know anything about them personally, but I do know I can’t remember reading anything positive about the casino (or it’s sister sites/parent company) as a whole. Everything I’ve read points to this being one of several casinos that have new names after going “under new management” and none of them are believed to be on the up and up on how they treat players. I would assume the affiliates would get the same treatment if it’s all true.
But again, this is just what I’ve read.

Thank you for your help…..maybe someone will know something. Ive always gotten paid before…so I’m perplexed.
Actually I do recall someone here complaining recently.
They do not enjoy a good reputation.
