InactiveDay 3, and I expect not much further action:
Number of Clickthroughs: 163

By contrast, there are the results from the mailer I sent out a few days earlier to the exact same list, same everything. It won’t copy well here, playtech stats, so I will just show parts:
Real Clicks 388
Real Downs 73
Players 37
Real Players 37
Fun Players 37
Real Fun Players 37

Bets $57,532.39

Net Gaming $2,391.88
Top Level Revenue $597.97I’ve just about had it with RTG. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I can’t make money with them no matter what the approach. The above is not just the stupid bonuses/awards – it’s also that players aren’t even clicking on the mailer! Never mind the lack of conversions from downloads.
I did buy the list because the results were reasonable for every mailer I sent except for RTG. Poo on them!

InactiveBoy, that’s scary.
Maybe you should try a Microgaming or two and see what happens… and how many people are on that list?
July 25, 2004 at 8:25 pm #652683Anonymous
InactiveIt’s a list of 4000 and someone’s private list. He has gone out of business and offered me the list. I was lucky. I’ll have my money back in a month – if I stay away from RTG.
I did try a Micro first off – ten days ago or so. I didn’t show it here because it’s not quite as clean a test because I do list them elsewhere also, but I have not pushed them and never make much with them. I have 6 new purchasing players there that arrived within 3 days of the mailing. I would have yielded about $500 for the mailing in the first week if this one player didn’t keep hitting Royals or whatever he is hitting. Looked again today – he is working on playing it all back a third time.
Of course the true value of each mailing depends on retention.
With the RTG, there is nothing to retain!
I haven’t tried anything else yet.

GuestRTG seems dertermined to run themselves out of business.
…. why are they taking so long?
July 31, 2004 at 8:29 pm #652855Anonymous
InactiveWell, at the end of the month the mail experiment went where :
One micro holds top performance place with a distance with 1400 the first week after mailing,
then one playtech,
then crypto,
then another playtech
then another micro
then a very long stretch before the RTG comes in with $3 the first week after mailing.RTG SUCKS. I like playing there but otherwise they suck bigtime for me.

InactiveHere is stats on 2 different RTG casinos. I just signed up with both these casinos about 1/2 way through the month. First one gave away free money no deposit. Which you can see the results of. The second had a normal sign up bonus.

So looking at your stats Dom, is it a casino giving away free money no deposit? Only reason I ask is they will show up as players. But they are not depositing players. And it takes a lot of freebie hunters to get a depositing player.. LOL
August 1, 2004 at 12:19 am #652865Anonymous
InactiveAll the casinos I sent a mailer for gave away bonuses. No freebies as far as I remember – but I could be wrong.
All got the exact same mailing list. Same players. I bought the list and am the only person mailing to it.
All had exactly the same time distance between mailings.
The number of depositing players per mailing varied from 20 (playtech) to one (RTG)
The money I earned from each mailer in the first week following that mailing varied from $1400 (micro) to $3 (RTG)
The RTG didn’t even get a decent number of clicks – a third of what most of the others got. If there were freebie players – they didn’t even bother to click.

InactiveRTG has always performed lower for me than other casino software providers, and I agree click thru on my sites is less to RTG casinos. But I do think they record, as my stats compared the casinos stats do match on click thru.
But i know some affiliates do very well with RTG, so as in my case my traffic doesn’t care for them as much and may be your case to Dom.

InactiveI’ll give scifi another try – they did well for me once. But after that I am going to ignore RTG. I will list some for diversity’s sake, but I will not push any of them.

GuestWow Ronda! where on earth did you find an RTG to promote that doesn’t add in manager credits?
