When trying to login if the site pareses the page and then takes you right back to the login screen you can overcome this PHP error by hitting the login but like rapid fire about 5-6 times really quickly…..Just keep doing that it will log you in.
The same thing goes for anything that wont load….just click that link about 10 times very quickly and it will finally load up
Also – You can email [email protected] though they can be slow and if you don’t want to phone them try emailing my contact [email protected]

I can’t see my stats either – I only have a couple of textlinks some place anymore so wasn’t very anxious…
The stats at Affiliate Lounge haven’t loaded for me, either, come to mention it.
I just wasn’t terribly worried about it, since reading those stats are usually a waste of time!

the problem is for Cherry Casino only.
Actually, I’m pretty sure more than Cherry Casino is affected. I sent Rick Jessup (rick “at” netentertainment.com) some information that I hope will be helpful in finding the trouble.
It appears that a database query is timing out after 30 seconds. If you run the stats for only a day or two, you likely will have little enough data that it can complete within the 30 sec timeout window. The advice in their email of INCREASING the number of days was quite ineffective for me.
However, like Fergie, checking my stats at Affiliate Lounge has never been very worthwhile.

As promised by Dom I’m here to check in, I’m sorry I wasn’t aware of this thread earlier. I’ll keep checking in now that I know about it.
It looks like everyone is kind of aware of things now. Stats are timing out, but it’s only Cherry Casino that is causing these things to happen. If you isolate Euro, for example, things should work. Our guys know what’s happening but haven’t yet determined why it’s happening.
Please rest assured the back end if still moving along fine, all tracking is still taking place and there are stats there to be seen. I’m more than happy to provide them to you manually if you’d like, just toss me an e-mail (rickATnetentertainment.com).

AFFILIATE LOUNGEHey all,
Ok, a fix appears to be in place – I need those affected by this to run a check on it for me. We’ve sped up the processes so things shouldn’t time out. Unfortunately, it means (hopefully temporarily) that stats are only going to be run once a day for now. However, I figured 24-hour stats were better than no stats.
Please give it a test and let me know either here, by e-mail, or PM if things are working for you.
