I think most of us use the “view new posts” function, which means everyone on the board will see your post regardless of which section it’s in.
Agreed, most people use the new posts function and you would be seen anywhere. Additionally, if you are in the correct category(advertising) people searching for a program such as yours may actually find you.

on all the boards I post at, I never use the ‘new post’ function – I always enter the category of choice and scroll… But I hope you’re right and people will find my post – it just looked to lonely down there all by itself
