GuestMiami Paradise …
One month ago, I took this casino on a test drive. While I was ahead, I withdrew $170.00.
I still haven’t seen this money, and my emails go unanswered.

InactiveSounds to me like this is something that should be addressed immediately and appropriately by Golden Star Network.

InactiveWith me it wasnt actually the casinos it was the affiliate program. Im not going to get into it here either – most of you know my horror story!
I was very surprised to see this tonight when I signed on.

Fergie, go to eCogra – http://www.ecogra.com/dispute.asp

GuestYes, I will take it to Ecogra. I see on the Miami Paradise site they carry the Ecogra symbol.
I’ve been letting it ride for a month, hoping they would get back to me with a good reason for the delay. (Truth is, I’ve been busy and put it off for too long already)
A month is too long.
I didn’t mention that they didn’t credit my account with the advertised bonus, either.

InactiveIMHO Ecogra IS effective. However, I have a few concerns here of my own. First off, this is an affiliate section so I don’t think non-payment of specific personal casino accounts should be put here and listed. Second, one or two of you said you were personally OUT money due you by casino play. My concern is, why you would send your trusting visitors to a place that hadn’t paid YOU. To me that doesn’t make much sense, you could hurt your site in the long run.
Also, I am glad to see Golden Star here so we can address them with any issues that can and do arise. I think that’s what the Professor had in mind here? But it’s just speculation on my end.

GuestWufu, the reason I was playing at Miami Paradise was to test it, since I was considering adding the Goldenstar network casinos to my site.
Obviously it is only one player, and there could be a good reason for my non-payment. It’s hardly a great scientific study, but the results are more than enough to keep me from sending players there.
They failed the test. Big time. I didn’t even have to do any further research. Saved me a few steps.
And I don’t agree that it doesn’t belong in the CAP forum. I would hope that we’re all interested in how a casino is treating its players.

InactiveYep, in re-reading this thread, I have to admit you are right. And testing out the casinos yourself is an awesome idea, good for reviews too. I shouldn’t be allowed to post a reply to anything till I’ve read it over atleast twice

I myself never had a problem with getting their advertised bonuses, but I know it’s a big issue.

InactiveGood day everyone,
With regards to your feedback, this is reason why we have signed up a forum here – to act as a communication channel and to address issues you might have.
I assure you that Alida and I will endeavor to resolve any issues and assist where we can, in saying that:
Fergie:
With regards to your Miami Paradise cashin. You cashed in on the 10 June, the payment was processed on the 18 June. I have mailed you with details of the payment and a confirmation number. If you could please confirm here whether you received the payment.Chips For Free (Matt):
Unfortunately No Deposit Bonuses are always a rather sticky subject. With offering these bonuses the casino opens itself for abuse, and therefore have to have strict Terms and Conditions in place. Miami Paradise is the second casino we’ve rolled the No Deposit Bonus out to after the start of the $15 at RiverNile in April. A good percentage of players have been awarded the No Deposit Bonus, and thereby we hope to establish a long term relationship with the player, so that both the casino and the affiliate will benefit from it. You do however make some good points in your post here, and I have forwarded it to the casino manager to consider – thank you. With regards to the ‘horror stories’ that Aleph refers to, I’d like to know more in order to see what we can do about it. As I said, this forum is intended to bring issues to our attention, and then for us to resolve. The affiliate model make out a big part of our business, and therefore it is essential that affiliates are happy with both the program and the casino clients.
I hope that you see this for what it is, my commitment to the program – and therefore you, the affiliates.
Kind regards,
Marlo -
