Nothing constructive to add but my op.
I highly doubt you’re the lone stranger in the equation.
However, it is quite likely you may be stranger than most

I have no idea why they don’t respond to e-mails. I will phone Mark tomorrow and tell him to get his butt into gear. They are South African based and can’t hide away. Too many South African affiliates for that.
I suspect though that he won’t have a clue who Arkyt is
