There was a bingo section on CAP some while back, unless my memory is worse than I thought, but it seems to have disappeared, so I’m kinda resurrecting an old thread.

Anyway, I’ve been getting into online bingo and am doing reasonably good business with very limited traffic (averaging about $1,000 a month from three online bingo halls that actually convert for me – off traffic of maybe 200 visitors a month to my sites).

I’d be very interested to get some feedback from other people on which bingo sites do and don’t convert well for them.

To my mind any bingo site that isn’t regularly converting 1 in 25 or so into a real money player is a loser. So thats Bingo Vega, Vic’s Bingo, Bingoville, Bingo Tropic and Main Street Bingo, Bingo2Go and BingoCanada (what did happen to those last two ?) all on loser street.

Anybody got any winners they want to share (and yes, I’ll share my winners too) ?

Out of those, Mainstreet just started converting, just before I cleaned house.

Don’t know what happened to togo and canada. Richwebmaster dropped them and so did I, they were not converting anyway.

I just cleaned up my page so you can see who works for me, not all equally, at http://www.gamesandcasino.com/featuredbingo.htm

How many per visit convert varies not only from Bingo to Bingo, but even more so from traffic source to traffic source.

Agreed. My sites are pretty tightly focussed, though, so I’m working on the presumption (for now) that if I deliver the visitors, then failure to convert is down to the bingo hall itself.

There’s a few on your site that I hadn’t come across before, so I’ll give some of those a go. In fact, I clicked through from Tiki Bingo to GamingPartners.com which I see has a ten tier program but it didn’t seem to carry your referral ID with it. So, if you wanna post or PM me your aff. link to GamingPartners I’ll be happy to sign up under you.

I’d also suggest that you should try out BingoMania.com as this is my best converting (and player retaining) bingo. It’s converting around 1 in 20 clicks to real money players.

Here is the link: Gaming Partners

At least I hope so – they fail to provide one. I picked it out of a mail for soliciting affs.

I just put Tiki up and it is getting a lot of attention – must be the name.

Got a link for Bingo mania? My best is Bingo Liner. I think it’s the chat – tight community.

Do you know of any place listing all the different Bingo softwares?

The longer I do Bingo, the happier I get. :D

I’ve only just started promoting BingoLiner, so I’ve no players yet. BingoMania isn’t two-tier as far as I know, but here’s a link anyway just in case : http://www.bingomania.com/adpage2.asp?sourceId=100566 .

Do you know of any place listing all the different Bingo softwares?

As it happens, I found one the other day : http://www.dot-bingo.com/review.shtml .

    Thank you tryme1!

Looks like we are the only bingo people here.

Liner has super retention. Really loyal players. I have been very happy with them. Actually the stats liner/geisha are now combined, but from previous experience I know liner does better. They are both good though.

Thanks again, good to see someone else who is moving up with Bingo. :D

    First all, congratulations tryme1,

i got really stuck on bingo stuff, i´ve tried to promote them, but nothing, so, i gave up.

But here are some bingo halls i promoting :

    – Party Bingo: even on top spot and lots of exposure, Zero!!!
    – Bingoville: many clicks/registrations but not deposits
    – Geisa/Liner: i just put them on my site, i got some few downloads and registrations, i still waiting….
    – Bingos.com: I put them last january, and after 300 clicks, 54 registrations, no deposits, so i dropped them.
    – Bingo workz: i didn´t delivery so much traffic to them
    – Bingomania: i only got a deposit there, but few bucks with a good traffic
    – Bingo Knights: i am testing them, so, no data yet.

i don´t promote bingo halls at PPC anymore, i have o good ranking at yahoo (#1) and MSN (#2) for two keywords but i am still getting a few downloads, who knows…

i am thinking to test Miss Bingo and Interbingo, any suggestions?

    X-moss

I am surprised at party bingo not performing at all – check your link!

Bingoville – slow performer but haven’t really given them a good chance.

    Bingoknights is steady income.

Yeah, I’ve only sent like 10 visitors to PartyBingo but I’ve got a real money player, so I’m going to ramp that one up a little. BingoVille was nowheresville for me, so I killed that one completely. I’ve got a banner up for BingoKnights, but I’m not really pushing it yet.

Not heard of Miss Bingo and I wasn’t too impressed by the InterBingo site or software, so I haven’t bothered with that. As I said before, I do very nicely with BingoMania – so maybe you should promote that to the slot that BingoVille or PartyBingo held.

I do very much like the look of this Tiki Bingo – I like the fact that you can add photos to the chat thing, that’s a nice feature and a good hook to hang some promotion on.

There are starting to be as many Bingos as casinos almost.

And there is little information about them, compared to the casinos.

They also have insuffiecient creatives, no reviews, I would like to see some fact sheets and such.

I don’t think Bingo players are as interested in banners as text – I find narrative goes over very well.

Oh, and if you like Tiki, you will likely like all of these: http://www.bettingbucks.com/log-in.html

They are all the same playtech software I think.

Thanks for those, Dominique. I’d looked at RubyBingo before but decided against it, but I’ll check out the others. I don’t like the bingo rooms that present themselves in the same way as online casinos (which RubyBingo does). The ones that work best – for me, at least – are the sites that give a sense of an active and friendly community and who provide a lot of easily accessible information on their pages.

Certainly, the ones that convert best for me are the ones that do this. Pics of players on the site, lots of detail about chat promotions, a straightfoward guide to downloading, registering, depositing and playing…that kind of thing is a winner, I reckon.

The bingo demographic is not the same as the casino demographic – much older, I would guess. In fact, I was in PartyBingo this morning and someone was celebrating their 52nd birthday. A couple of the people playing called him ‘youngster’, so I’m fairly certain of my facts here !

I’d agree that narrative works best, but from a purely selfish point of view, I don’t want ‘fact sheets’ and pre-fabricated reviews and all that stuff given out to any affiliate that wants it. It’s to my advantage if they’re not. That having been said, my one and only player at PartyBingo so far came via a banner, cos that’s the only thing I had up.

Incidentally, your link to GamingPartners worked. I’ve signed up under you. I’ve put a banner up and will do more with Tiki when I can get to it.

I haven’t had any luck with bingo at all yet.
Lots of visitors sent to Party Bingo – made my first freakin 20 bucks, then they clawed it back with a bonus.

I am making a new website (not up yet) BitchinBingo.com, and hope to do better with a specialized site.

You’re not the only bingo people here.

I am the proud owner of CasaBingo.com.

Of course, I haven’t designed or launched the site yet…
