vladcizsolMemberHi Randy
They had a change in program managers plus they are doing the site updates. I NEVER email their support. I ALWAYS call them at:1(888)203-5244
We are currently working out the final details of certifying their program here at CAP. Hopefully by next week they will have a forum here and if you need assistance its only a post away….

InactiveMaybe someone here can help me with my question, now that I think about it.
When I’m looking at Casino Revenue on their stats page, is that my share of the revenue or is that literally the casino’s revenue? I’m trying to determine how much I’ve made with them.
Any help is appreciated!

vladcizsolMemberHi Randy click on Monthly Stats to see how much you have earned in total with Casino Coins for the month.
“Monthly revenue” is a review of the profits each casino has earned for the month. Its useful for you to know which properties are earning you the most revenue, but the figures shown are not your actual commissions.

InactiveSent two emails and left one voicemail and never heard a word back from them at all.
To say that I’m unimpressed with their affiliate care would be a big understatement.

InactiveRandy,
They are not usually hard to get a hold of. In fact, I think Professor will back me up on this, they may be the easiest program to reach… normally I just pick-up the phone, dial, and get Connie (or in the past John) within a few rings.
Everything I know of Connie is professional… I know that when she reads this she will feel badly that she missed your call.

InactiveLooks to me like how easy it is to get a hold of them depends on who you are.

Never quoted ANYTHING – merely questioned the fact that several individuals may have issues with this program. I seem to remember a similar issue not that long ago where I had mentioned a topic w/o quoting and was also “whipped” heh!

GuestHere’s how you get an affiliate to get back to you fast.
Threaten to take their banners off. Helps if you really mean it.I did once, I wasn’t impressed with the conversions of one group , so I wrote them but didn’t get a response to my queries. A week went by with no response. I wrote them again. This time I let them know I wasn’t impressed with their stats or their affiliate service, and their banners were coming down! I was serious.
The phone rang almost immediately. I talked with a very nice man and experienced a change of attitude.
Their banners are still on my site.
To affiliate managers: The moral of the story is treat your affiliates with respect. A little sugar goes a long way.

InactiveIt is not my place to show all the details, but, yes, my feeling is that we may have been hung out to dry here.
Wouldn’t be the first time!
