This is just in my opinion.
Similar perhaps but not an exact clone and completely different content!

looks like most of your content is taken straight from the advertiser marketing resouces offered in most advertiser programs, many sites will use that publicly availiable content but I understand if you wrote the review copy yourself. is that the case ?
i had did a quick check and found most of you reviews were just cut-n-pasted from most advertiser programs.
if you cant beat them join them, swap links and you’ll both benefit!
This issue has been resolved and the person responsible has been given the 3rd degree . we are now reviewing our websites and procedures to ensure this doesnt happen again as already stated this is not acceptable by our sandards.
when we do our updates later this week we will be giving nocturnal some free links to his site.
