January 20, 2008 at 3:34 pm #759030AnonymousInactiveMine seem to have not moved in well over a week now
January 21, 2008 at 12:48 am #759048AnonymousInactiveSame here – absolutely no movement.
It seems every month is a guessing game as to revenue earned – clicks -downloads etc..January 21, 2008 at 10:35 am #759063Joseph2Sh077MemberHI
We had MGS investigate the reports and all seesm 100% the reports are updating on a System level but there could be an issue with your Individual accounts Id like to make sure that is not the case so please provide me with your account Logins.(reecc & Bonustreak)
PROBLEMS PLEASE TRY THE FOLLOWING IF NONE OF THIS HELPS THEN WE ARE STUMPED AND THE PROBLEM IS ISOLATED TO VERY FEW PEOPLE SO ALL I CAN SUGGEST IS ANY TIME YOU NEED A REPORT I WILL PULL IT FOR YOU AND MAIL YOU ON REQUEST JUST SEND ME A MAIL TO miles@grandpriveaffiliates.com
))Always wait for Quick stats to appear before trying to view reports
2)Delete your cookies
3)deletes your internet files
4)If you use an external Proxy (ISP) internet service provider contact them and ask them to clear your cookies and Cache on their end
5)if you use a local proxy then you need to contact the administrator and ask them to do this as well.
6) Try to disable the popup blocker in Symantec Internet Security if you have that enabled.
7) We had people with the same issue who used IE’s blocker and also that of Goggles Toolbar, so disabling it in Symantec fixed This issue.
If you are unsure of where it is, it’s in the Anti spam section, under status and settings, under ad blocking.
A simple way to test it is to log in, disable Norton for the standard 5 minutes and then follow the stats link and see if it works….
if you use another anti virus software try disable this and view the reports while it is disabled
9)make sure your PC allows you to see all POP UPS so disable any pop up blockers you may have

January 21, 2008 at 12:38 pm #759068AnonymousInactiveThese threads are ALWAYS amusing to me.
1. Clear all your cookies
2. Reload your operating system
3. Do a little dance, make a little love
4. Get down tonight:roflmao:
Seriously, though, the kind of instructions needed above are ridiculous and only need to be done when the programmer has done an absolutely shitty job.
Get your stats correct or you will find your program with 0 affiliates.

January 21, 2008 at 12:42 pm #759070Joseph2Sh077MemberOur stats work fine for 99 out of every 100 and these problems are very Isolated Now
How many people complain daily now they cant see there stats? 1 or 2 at most compared to the Throws that used too?
January 28, 2008 at 3:03 pm #759526AnonymousInactiveMiles then you must be stumped because my reports are not working
and have not worked for some time . Truth be told i am getting to be quite annoyed by this and dont see why i have to go through a whole song and dance to get what should be simple data .One other thing – your toll free number on the site for UK residents is not accurate – you might want to look into that and you have still not responded to an email i sent way back re reporting – now that has not nothing to do with MGS
