    Thanks for the info BB1.

Do any players have any input on this policy?

    Webmasters care to comment?

Bonus abusers are among the biggest hidden threats to any online casino. Good solid wording and action is required to counteract the possible damage which can be caused by these individuals.

Its generally agreed that true “bonus abusers” are a problem for casinos and affiliates alike. I dont have a problem with trying to minimize “bonus abuse” or discourage bonus abusers from playing at a particular casino property.

But if the terms and conditions are too broad and totally subjective then would/could casinos take advantage of the situation and refuse to pay players who have won by accusing them of bonus abuse? I think excesses can be rightly claimed on both sides.

Many Casinos are setting rediculous play through requirements so they virtually never have to pay out winnings. They are well aware that if the ratio of play is set high enough then a player has very little chance of leaving the casino a winner.

Does this make the CASINO a bonus abuser too? Are they not using the bonus as an enticement to new players when THEY have no real intention of paying any of that bonus “money” out?

Is fairness when it comes to bonuses a two way street?

I had one issue with this problem with Casino Rewards. They were labelling customers as such and suspending their bonuses if they had taken up there three no deposit bonuses and then signed up at Yukon (no matter how long ago they had gotten those bonuses), they deposited cash (maybe cuz it’s a viper casino???) and then expecting to get a $50 dollar bonus they only are told NO.

Though I don’t argue with the casino’s take on this issue nor do I disagree with it, I find it bad that they have chosen to pick and choose people on the opening of a new casino, that’s completly different software then the other casinos and on the fact that these people DID deposit…….

If you are interested in others perspectives heres a thread of posts from my forum on this exact topic:

(by the way I called Casino Rewards Affiliiates support the night this started happening and was rudely told to refer to the terms and conditions and that’s it.)
