For the record it appears they are tracking okay.
Still can’t get over how many real players much less clicks go to some poker rooms and don’t convert!I think a lot of the problem has to do with the fact many of these new visitors do not realize their credit cards will be rejected. I have the same problem and will address it after I finish some other work with higher priority.
Will you please update us once talk with them?

I don’t think it’s anything to do with Brightshare. Although potentially there could be a problem with the tracking, I guess, but I don’t do poker yet so I wouldn’t know.I don’t think it’s Brightshare either, I think it’s a Prima Poker issue. I thought you may be talking to Prima regarding the conversion issue, since you have more pull than me, I figured you could do the talking LOLOLOLOL.
