Hi everyone,
As you may or may not know, one of our major processors has been down for a good part of January.
We got processing back up for the first couple days of February, and it fell back down again due to bank problems.I appreciate your continued support, and can assure you that Rushmore will be back and better then ever as soon as we can. We’re all working crazy hours to get things back to normal. We’re still processing, but very minimally.
If you are promoting us, I will understand if you replace our positions with casinos that are having an easier time with processing right now.
I know that none of the RTG casinos are able to process, so perhaps the Microgaming ones are having better luck.
Before this, we had the best conversions and processing in the US market, and I am sure that when we are back, we will be better than ever. For those of you that still haven’t received your payments, I apologize that they were sent out late, but as you may understand now were problems with the bank. But everyone, and I repeat EVERYONE’s payment was sent out last Thursday. If you still haven’t received it, I can assure you, you will.
I was hoping we’d be back in full power by now, which is why I’ve put off posting, and because I care about our affiliates, and I don’t want you to lose money, and because we’d like to work with you all again when we have solved this problem, I can only suggest you divert your traffic for now to one of our competitors.
In life, at certain moments, things don’t go exactly as planned, and we encounter difficulties. I think those moments are what define us as individuals.
We’re not down and we’re defiant. I will post again when we’re back processing at 100%. Thanks for all the support.
:hattip:

Apparently some are, but not all. I asked three other ones earlier about this, and they were not having this problem. iNetBet being one of them that’s not having any problems.

apparently bodog is working fine too. haven’t seen any problems on that end. probably the small RTG outfits that use RTG’s processors are having issues. the big boys have their own processors…

I am just reposting to clarify things. Mainstreet is NOT having the same payment issues as i had originally posted. I was just refering to processing not that it was an identical problem.
They had a minor issue last month but that has been resolved and depositors are not having any problems depositing at their casinos.
