InactiveHI Darkwing,
Personally I don’t think there is a “magical” answer. Most of us know how to optimize (but that doesn’t mean squat right now with googles craziness) and we know how to market.
It all takes some time, and most webmasters in this business don’t make it, very few really succeed at it and some do a little better than average or average. The majority don’t make a living at it from what I’ve seen.
The other thing to consider is that one casino or group may convert well for one webmaster where many others can’t make a dime at it. So I can tell you what works for us and how we’ve done well but that may not, in fact probably won’t do the same for you.
Same goes with traffic, we can sell you traffic but it may not work for you. We have one supplier that is converting like crazy for us on our new poker room, but we ran an ad for a casino and got nothing with it, and it’s not cheap traffic.
I think you should just trial and error things until you find what’s working for you, maybe someone here can help you out more just thought I would put my two cents in.
By the way…those stats look like ours in some spots, sometimes it doesn’t get any better and you have to start pushing other casinos to see what your players like.
Wish you all the luck!

InactiveFrom looking at your income level you’re doing better than 97% or so of webmasters.
The income levels that you’re seeing in that poll are from webmasters who do this full time and are heavily involved in constantly reviewing and optimizing ROI.
For some affiliate programs there are over 20000 affiliates. Out of those there’s usualy 200 good ones and maybe 20 that the affiliate program would actually kiss ass to. Most affiliates make nothing or very little.
But one thing that has to be said, once you’re making $600 a month, double that isn’t that difficult, making the original 600 a month is much more difficult.
If you want to read my personal opinion on some affiliate programs read http://www.casinoaffiliateonline.com

InactiveBeing that this industry takes some work, alot of work most webmasters would work on a upront payment plan. Here today gone tommorrow is constant in this industry so working up front for pay later is a huge risk when most can just work on there own sites and pull in there own profit. One constant theme you will see here is that it takes money to make money.
I work for off and on the top earning and still was paid up front and very well for my time. Extreemly well compared to what you are offering. I mean no offense intended but I would honestly be paid 3 to 4 times what you made in the month per week depending on the time I put in. You will have a hard time honestly finding someone to work for you, that already makes good cash in this industry.
Its just as easy putting the time into our own sites and keeping the secrets that got us the cash in the first place. You may be able to find someone from a different industry that will help and be able to put there marketing savvy to good use for you here.
Even so many here also work in other online industries as well just in case the casino cruise springs a leak and we have to don the life boats. Really there are no magic tricks to it as Ellen stated its all just very hard work and little play. For example I do work for tax accountants, cigar companies and a few others on the side to stay diverse and not drowned if the ship does go down and leave us all on the bottom.

vladcizsolMemberBadabing is right, your best bet is to learn enough to do it yourself.
Spend time here at CAP, join APCW and hang out at seochat and Jim World. Build a site or two and put into practice everything you learn. After a few months you should be able to start to make enough progress to get really excited and immerse yourself in the business.
That’s what it takes to succeed in the long run. This is a full time job that you gotta love doing eight days a week. No one will do it for you and the people who COULD do it are too busy with their own businesses to build yours for a cut.
Good Luck Darkwing
