InactiveHello Alex and Welcome to CAP !
Great to have you here as most of us love
new developments and new opportunities
to grow our business.I took a quick look at your sites … very interesting
… I like the white label “getacut” aspect very much.First question.
Your site states that you offer 50% of Casino Take.
How will you be able to offer this
when some of the others offer less
and have a hard time keeping their promises
over time ?November 15, 2003 at 11:14 pm #641603
vladcizsolMemberHello Alex and Welcome to CAP
I went to the casino and thought the front end was nicely done. I then attempted to preview the games and could not get any to load!I went back to the entry page and selected “Play for Fun” and again tried to load the slots and Blackjack games, the page comes up and says “Loading” but that’s it… I sat there for over two minutes on each attempt and nothing ever happens.
I am on a broadband connection so I would expect the games to load quickly. Obviously if I were a real player interested in playing at the casino this situation would turn me off immediately and I would leave. This is not good….
Is the casino now open for business or are you still in the design stages?
Is this a technical issue?

InactiveHi Guys,
Thanks for the replies. Let me respond to your queries in sequential order:
Aleph First question.
Your site states that you offer 50% of Casino Take.
How will you be able to offer this
when some of the others offer less
and have a hard time keeping their promises
over time ?-iCasinoRewards.com offers its affiliates a 50/50 split of NetProfis or 27% of Gross Profits. This is not too far out of line with other programs. What makes our program most attractive is that all affiliates receive the 27% Commission across the board, starting Day 1, with no performance hurdles to jump to achieve that rate of return.

-Hi Professor. Thank you for the welcome. Glad to be part of your very worthwhile forum.
Let me put my CSR hat on and ask you what browser and browser version you are using and are you on a PC or a Mac.
Please let me know and we’ll get to the bottom of this.Best regards,

InactiveHi Professor,
Please try clearing your cache. Sometimes when a game does not download properly or fully, it is saved in your cache that way. Because of this, the next time you go to one of our games, that game will not load onto your screen properly. After you clear your cache, close your browser, restart your computer, re-open your browser, login and try to access our games again. Please be patient and give the game of your choice time to completely load onto your screen.
Go to Tools/Internet Options/General/Temporary Internet Files and select “Delete Files”.
Please let me know if that resolves this issue.
Best regards,
Alex

vladcizsolMemberI never successfully loaded a game, not once so they wont be in cache. This is a lot of trouble to go through that a visitor or potential player would not bother with, they would just leave.
Also Aleph reported he couldnt get games to load either. I think your techs need to test this thouroughly and find out why people cant get the games to load.

InactiveHi Guys,
I’m not dodging here. So far the testing department has not been able to duplicate the bug you reported seeing in the Play for Fun section. Since both of you have seen it…it is a serious concern to us and we are taking steps to isolate the problem
I should have an update on this Tuesday afternoon.
Thank you for pointing this out.
Best regards,
Alex

vladcizsolMemberOk I just tried again and was able to get the Video Poker to load.
It did take awhile (45 sec), so perhaps I gave up too soon the last time I tested.November 18, 2003 at 8:31 pm #641761Anonymous
InactiveHi All,
Its the afternoon, so as promised I’m back to give you all an update and recap on this thread.
The Play for Fun pages were indeed loading.
They were however loading too slowly.
The programmers at iVegas.com were contacted and an adjustment was made. The Play for Fun games are back
up to speed. Quick work!I appreciate all your input on this.
