anybody uses CPM advertising on their site?

I’m curious if anybody is using CPM advertising on their site and/or CPC advertising?
Does anybody know where you could advertising like this from and what the prices would be (the money you would get)?
How much traffic would you need to have in order to take advantage of CPM and CPC pricing?
