As soon as a designated Affiliate Manager for your case responds, an email alert will let you know that a response has been posted.

Communicate with the Affiliate Manager as necessary through this site until the issue has been resolved.

If additional assistance is needed at any time with your resolution, simply click the "Get Help" button located within your private complaint URL.
