Barney Frank's new Internet Gambling Regulation Consumer Protection & Enforcement Act was introduced into the U.S. Congress last week, and it couldn't have come at a more momentous time. All throughout the United States, various states are struggling to get a grasp on how to define gambling laws in their backyards. Minnesota continues to proceed in its intention to censor online gambling sites, while Florida is easing its laws and Texas still doesn't legally allow Texas Hold 'Em to be played within its borders.
