Affiliate Manager

An affiliate manager is a person that runs an affiliate program. An affiliate manager is compensated by the program, and is responsible for recruiting new affiliates, supporting existing affiliates, maintaining payouts, and keeping the program working smoothly for all parties. Affiliate managers for small companies generally do all these things, but in larger companies there may be different affiliate managers for different aspects of the affiliate program or network.
