I've been working with Paddy Power for the last three years. Previous to that, I worked for a Middleware company in Dublin as their Marketing Exec. So, I was a total rookie when I joined Paddy Power, hadn't a clue about affiliate marketing. I learnt pretty quick, thanks to a few trusted affiliates who showed me the ropes. I studied Japanese and Marketing at college, which are of no use to me at all in Paddy Power. I have to admit, I am a total nerd and love my job. I get the chance to meet so many different people, and go to some great places for Affiliate Events.
