Affiliate Manager

Description:

Our client is among the leading online bookmakers in Europe and is the leader of the internet gambling market.

Based in the beautiful city of Innsbruck in Austria, the company is developing their own affiliate marketing product and so requires an Affiliate Manager who wants to take a big step in their career by joining this expanding part of the business.

The Affiliate Manager will work alongside and report into the Poker and Casino Manager within the Casino and Poker Marketing Department. 

Devoirs Essentiels & Responsabilités:

•Develop business relationships with affiliate partners
•Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to affiliates and partners
•Increase the number of active/producing affiliate partners
•Conduct comparative market research on competitors’ affiliate programs
•Analyse player data and other standard departmental reporting
•Manage a budget
•Organise promotional events
•Represent the company at affiliate marketing conferences
•Be responsible for on - going analysis of affiliate marketing campaigns
•Develop a close working relationship with other members of the team to help define requirements and optimize affiliate performance
•Identify, negotiate, secure, and maintain new and ongoing affiliate relationships

Éducation & Expérience:

One to Two years experience of affiliate marketing.

Adresses/Qualités:

•The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge in poker and casino, and have an understanding of online casino/poker-specific affiliate marketing.
•Highly organized and self sufficient.
•Ability to negotiate coverage on partner sites - strong negotiation skills
•Self-motivated
•Strong inter-personal and communication skills with problem solving ability
•Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
•Must be fluent in English and another European language would be advantageous.
