The candidate will report directly to the Affiliate Director. This role is within the Affiliate Marketing Department which provides support to an industry leading online poker site. This position will require the candidate to work closely with both the Affiliate team and the Business Intelligence team while recruiting skilled and successful affiliates globally. Deberes Esenciales y Responsabilidades:
Develop business relationships with affiliate partners, especially in non-US markets
Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to affiliates and partners
Oversee recruitment, retention and activation of new affiliates
Increase the number of active/producing affiliate partners
Conduct comparative market research on competitors’ affiliate programs
Be responsible for on - going analysis of affiliate marketing campaigns
Develop a close working relationship with the Business Intelligence team to help define report requirements and optimize affiliate performance
Identify, negotiate, secure, and maintain new and ongoing affiliate relationships
Must be willing to travel (approx 4-5 times/year)
Educación y Experiencia:
Extensive knowledge of affiliate marketing
The successful candidate will have an expert knowledge in poker, and have a thorough understanding of poker-specific affiliate marketing
Highly organized and self sufficient
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Strong inter-personal and communication skills with problem solving ability
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
2-3 years of business and marketing experience required; Poker industry experience strongly preferred
Marketing, sales or business development background
