North American Poker Championship Preview
The Fallsview Casino, so called due to its stunning view of Niagara Falls, will soon play host to the North American Poker Championship which last year saw Scott ‘BigRiskky' Clements take home just over $1.3m for his first-place finish.Professional player and multiple-bracelet-winner Barry Greenstein finished fourth in last year's event – for the sake of the Year of the Pro, many are hoping he'll do a little better this time around.
The NAPC has three starting days, allowing players their choice of which day to start. For the past two years, the tournament has generated a field of right around 500 players. Tournament director Jason March is one of the best in the business and any tournament he is in charge of always runs smoothly.
Friday, October 10th is the first of the starting days at the NAPC. Its final table scheduled for October 16th.
