Online gambling affiliates and Google definitely have a love/hate relationship these days but it’s worth taking a moment to look at Google’s good side. The Borg-like tech giant definitely excels at bringing together in one place.
If Google didn’t exist at all, you might be spreading your marketing efforts across a galaxy of competitors that offer less bang for your buck. As it is (for now anyways) a marketing and SEO effort that’s centered around Google products can be a pretty cost-efficient way to promote a site.
(And we’ll save all that talk about why some competition would actually be good for Google for another day.)
