Two Big U.K. Accounts for Mfuse

September 19, 2008 (InfoPowa News) — The mobile betting technology provider in which Boss Media-G-Tech has an interest, Mfuse, has been tasked by both William Hill plc and Skybet to provide individual mobile sportsbetting facilities, embracing all forms of betting, including fixed-odds, spread, exchange, and in-running.

In terms of the three-year deal, the Mfuse platform will be linked directly into the existing William Hill and Sky Bet back-end systems and will enable both operators to attract new users who can sign up directly through their mobile without going online, while the Mfuse NOVO Transact will continuously update all the data in 'real-time' to a customer’s handset.

Mfuse will also provide a downloadable Java version of the service early in 2009, allowing consumers to take advantage of live in-play betting. This service will allow consumers to react immediately to moving odds/prices.

Mfuse marketing director Charles Palmer commented: "Our platform has enabled a key breakthrough in mobile sports betting by allowing the customer access to a functional but most importantly entertaining and easy to use, on-the-move gambling experience. We are committed to continually push the boundaries of mobile betting technology and deliver reliable services with a high level of support."

Richard Flint, managing director of Sky Betting and Gaming, said: "This is an exciting opportunity for Sky Bet. We chose Mfuse because they have the most experience in producing a mass market and robust solution, which is essential for Sky Bet. They also work with most online bookmakers and understand Orbis Openbet, the software that Sky Bet runs on."
