Popular online poker room Titan Poker has announced a whole new series of its famous MT3 Multi-Table Tournament races. This new installment of the MT3 “will offer $150,000 in prize money and WSOP experience packages for winning players,” company reps stated.
The action starts on February 1, 2011, and continues through the end of May.
$12,500 in cash prizes will be awarded monthly to players scoring the highest on the MT3 leaderboards, with $100,000 in prizes reserved for the final leaderboard, which awards the best overall tournament play during the MT3’s four months of action.
“Players will receive leaderboard points for each multi-table tournament in which they participate, based on a formula which takes into consideration their finishing position and the number of players. In order to level the playing field, a player’s best 20 results from each month will be considered when calculating leaderboard positions.”
The final leaderboard’s top twenty players get a WSOP Executive Experience package, valued at $5,000, “including flights to Las Vegas, hotel accommodations, buy-in to one of the WSOP side event tournaments, tickets to a Cirque Du Soleil show, and more luxurious benefits.”
