Rival Gaming to end U.S. player registrations
CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com has received word that Rival Software will no longer accept U.S. player registrations as of this week.
Earlier today, affiliate program network AffiliateWIDE sent the following message to its affiliates:
“We have received notification from our software provider, Rival that as from 7th August we will no longer be able to accept New US player registrations.
“Please note your existing US players will still be able to deposit and you will continue to earn commission on player generated revenues.
The message goes on to state that the AffiliateWIDE network will be switching to TopGame. AffiliateWIDE’s roster of online casinos includes Box 24 Casino, Black Diamond casino, and Spartan Slots.
Other operators on the Rival network are expected to switch networks, as well. Per a CAP insider, the Affactive affiliate network is expected to make a similar announcement tomorrow. (Golden Cherry Casino on the Affactive network is also Rival-powered.)
Before this decision, Rival was one of the largest online gambling networks still accepting U.S. players — although many of its associated sites had been faltering in recent months, since the U.S. “Black Friday” crackdown on internet poker.
For many observers, the writing was already on the wall: In late June, Rival-powered white label casinos had began blocking U.S. players.
Casinos currently powered by the Rival network also include:
BetUS Casino (affiliate program: BetUS Partners)
ClubVegasUSA (affiliate program: MaxRevShare)
Cocoa Casino (affiliate program: 400 Affiliates)
DaVincis Gold (affiliate program: 400 Affiliates)
Golden Cherry Casino (affiliate program: Affactive)
Pantasia Casino (affiliate program: Pantasia)
Paradise8 Casino (affiliate program: 400 Affiliates)
Ruby Royal (affiliate program: Ruby Royal)
Sloto Cash (affiliate program: Deck Media)
Superior Share Casino (affiliate program: Superior Share)
ThisIsVegas Casino (affiliate program: ThisIsVegas Affiliates)
