Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Recertifies CTXM QMS under ISO 9001:2008

December 9, 2009 (CAP PR Wire) — Recently the LRQA (Lloyd’s Register) finished a renewal external audit for the Quality Management System of leading gaming software developer CTXM. As a result, LRQA confirmed that CTXM’s Quality Management System is effective and recertified it according to the latest version of ISO 9001:2008.

The new term for the certificate acquired by CTXM starts on January 6, 2010 and is valid until January 6, 2013. The ISO 9001:2008 certificate assures that the production processes of an organization meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and that the organization has achieved a high level of customer responsiveness.

“CTXM is one of the few companies in the eGaming market which maintains world standard quality auditing and certification,” said Udy Yosha, CEO of CTXM. “Recertification is an important milestone for us as it assures us that we are on the right track, creating value for our clients and partners. The ISO 9001:2008 certificate is an additional guarantee of quality for our products, and provides reassurance for our clients and confidence for us.”

CTXM acquired the ISO 9001:2000 certificate from Lloyds Register Quality Assurance for the first time in 2004. The company has also held Level 3 certification by CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) since 2007, showing that CTXM’s quality management processes comply with the world’s best practices.
