Having been one of the organizers (and last minute cancellation replacing speaker) at the ionSearch event 2012, I had the chance to catch some fantastic sessions. Unfortunately this is a paid event, and it’s based in Leeds, so not a great deal of Affiliates were able to come, or were even aware of it’s existence.

However, seeing as we filmed the whole event, we decided to give a selection of the videos away for free. Based on this, I figured that instead of my usual weekly post, I’d share an edit of the sessions that Affiliates are most likely to find useful. Keep in mind that this conference does predate the Google Penguin update. For the most part, things were pretty White Hat, so the advice is all still pretty good.

My selection includes

  • Tim Grice – Link Building in Competitive Industries
  • Dave Snyder – Content Marketing Post Panda
  • Panel – How to Best Use Twitter, Facebook and Google+ for SEO Panel
  • Panel – Black Hat and White Hat Where do You Draw the Line (great line up and quite an amusing watch, included Ralph Tegtmeier, Dave Snyder, Lee Oden and Martin Macdonald)

Check out the videos in the following slides!
