Gambling affiliates and operators with an eye on the fast growing U.S. market will be flock to San Francisco next week for the Global iGaming Summit & Expo (GiGse) and Social Casino Summit (SCS).

The three-day event (April 23-25) includes a huge number of discussion panels like, Preparing to Flip the Switch – Getting Your Strategy and Investment Right, designed to make operating in the U.S. as easy as possible.

Of course GiGse is a gambling industry trade show, so there’s going to be plenty of opportunities for networking/boozing at a host of sponsored parties and cocktail hours.

This year’s GiGse is presented in conjunction with SCS, a sort of conference-within-a-conference focused on social gaming’s impact on real money gambling. (Separate registrations are required for each event, though networking events are open to all attendee.)

SCS’s look’s at how existing gaming entities can both tap into existing social gaming demographics; and how current online players can be converted into social players.

Besides networking events, panel discussions and the expos, GiGse 2013 also includes the return of the popular Startup Launchpad.

On the Launchpad, five young gaming startups present their ideas to a Shark Tank-like panel that rewards the winner with a chance to strut their wares in front of the industry’s biggest players.

Show attendees can also download a networking app designed to help them make the most of GiGse’s many networking opportunities. The Delegate Networking Tool can be downloaded before the event and allows users to easily contact, and schedule meetings with, other attendees.

With so many changes in American market over the last couple years, and plenty more on the way, GiGse’s focus on mobile, American legalization, and social gaming is more relevant than ever.

If you’re able to get to San Francisco, GiGse and SCS are well worth your time – and there’s still plenty of time to register for both events.
