Helpouts is a very interesting new app by Google that aims at connecting people who need help with people who can give help. The thing is video- and text-based. There are a number of categories available and a number of experts under each category. Whenever a user needs help with something, they can reach out to an individual expert (actual human) who, for a fee, will solve the problem at hand.

In short, this app is a digital photo frame on your Android device. What’s cool about it, from an affiliate point of view, is that the photos come from a variety of different places, so there’s nothing standing in your way to feed some of your own photos to display on other people’s devices (if they’ve selected a given category of photos in their settings that they’re interested in).
