Amaya is getting into the online poker business

The Montreal, Canadian company Amaya will soon be announcing that it is buying the Ongame poker network from Bwin.party for an undisclosed amount as published by eGaming Review.
Currently, Ongame has about 600 real cash players per day according to Poker Scout and it will be interesting to see if they can increase that number. Amaya has been in the gaming for quite some time providing gaming products such as online gaming platforms, mobile solutions, in addition to other products and services for both online and land based companies in regulated jurisdictions.
Recently, Amaya successfully purchased online casino developer Cryptologic whom is well know in the industry with solid casino products and now Ongame will provide the much-needed online poker software to complete the package of offerings.
