Hi Tim,
I have contacted this affiliate more than once trying to get him to remove this page http://captainsfreecasinos.dailycasinosnews.com and he refuses to remove the page. wgs11036 This affiliate is clearly trying to steal my type-in traffic by using my Title to my website Captains Free Casinos http://www.captains-free-casinos.com Can you help the Captain out on this? Please contact this affiliate and at least threaten to remove his affiliate account. Thank you and have a great day.

I think this affiliate should forfeit all commissions due them to the Captain as a punitive damage for his blatant theft.

I hope the affiliate programs take a positive pro affiliate stance on this sort of disgusting theft and hit the offending thief (I wont call him a webmaster) in the wallet and set an example that this sort of behavior wont be condoned or rewarded.

Once and for all please show disreputable affiliates that you mean business!

Am I understanding this correctly, the guy basically stole your page title? Anything else stolen? I can't make any promises but usually I employ cut throat tatics so that justice may prevail. Greek39

Yes this asshole stole my page created a sub-domain as seen above and stole my title Captains Free Casinos. My site is Captains Free Casinos http://www.captains-free-casinos.com and this asshole motive is to try and steal type-in traffic. Also it is not good having other sites with your website title as far as search engines go in my opinion. Thank yours and the Professors concern.

I can understand your fustration but the person did manage to create a legal domain name. The only thing to fall back on is a possible copywright infringment or content theft. I will send the person in charge of this site some stuff, usually after they comply. Give it a little time I must research a few things. Greek39

Well, i have checked this issue
And found out that this person didn't still nothing except using the same title as yours

if your title was "BEST ONLINE CASINOS", so nobody can't use this title anymore?????

if he used your content or banners on anything else, then we could help you

but i'm sorry, there is nothing to do with this guy

Without giving away too much information how this can be dealt with, in case the thief in question travels this site. Stealing the exact same title is content theft. There are numerous of ways of dealing with this. As webmasters this sort of attacks are not tolerated. A hint preasure his/her linking partners. I don't want to say too much more, but i am working on it. Greek39

1. You are not connected to Referback. Why be a total Dufus and post in a style indicating you are with or could do anything to help? Did you over dose on stupid pills this morning?

2. Captains Free Casinos is NOT a generic term "Best Online Casinos". Under your reasoning (or lack of) then NO Words or Trademarks can be copyrighted. I suppose you think its open season on terms like "Coca Cola" or "American Express" or "General Motors" too?

3. Instead of masquerading as a webmaster stick to spamming the boards about echolist. You apparently know nothing about the current discussion.

I agree with the prof, bull****. I am going to lay it out the it is. First contact the sites linking partners tell them your problem, contact the server, contact the search engines, threaten to have the site redirected.

As a last resort, years ago I earned my stripes in a private members group. They would be more than happy to severly cripple this site.

As stated in previous posts, I cannot handle honest webmasters being screwed over. I come prepared. greek39

I have a image of the residence address ect... also I am pretty sure there is at least one scraper who is a CAP forum member.

as far as i can see it the professor and the captain are the same persons
look at the end of the post
there are link to casino sites with the same hand wrriting
and the IP's are almost the same

don't answer to your self with other users

I can't compare it to "COCA COLA"
but i can compare it to "ONLINE CASINO"
"ONLINE GAMBLING" and so on

because the internet is different from the real life
DEAL WITH IT
