Got this in the mail:
Dear Partner,
As you all know, we made a change to our commission structure on 1st July 2005. This change was to create a flat rate of 20% commission for all affiliate partners referring zero new players in any calendar month. Such a change is permitted in accordance with our terms and conditions.
However, we have received feedback from a number of our affiliates and recognize that rather than creating a flat rate, we should instead be offering incentives to our affiliate partners to bring in more players.
This is the reason that for the past few months we have been setting individual targets to our affiliate partners, and those that meet these targets have been receiving performance related bonuses.
For these reasons, we have decided to reverse our decision on this flat rate change. Therefore as of August 2005, affiliate commission for all partners who signed up with PartnerLogic before 1st July 2005, will revert to the tiered rates of 25% – 40% commission for all referred player revenue for the lifetime of that player – and from day one!
We are fully committed to maintaining our position as the largest and most respected Online Casino, Bingo & Poker affiliate program in the world and very much hope this decision meets with your satisfaction.
We also hope that by showing you this commitment, each of you will promote our program to the best of your abilities.
Yours Sincerely
Marc Waxman
Head of PartnerLogic*Please note that all commission changes will be made before the end of August 2005.
Yes! Thank you Marc! You’re doing the right thing, and it is much appreciated!!!!

August 12, 2005 at 6:30 pm #670695AnonymousInactiveAnd what about those who will sign up after 1st of July?
They will get a much lower rate?If yes, there will be no point to promote them for a newbie (e.g myself)…

Another moral victory and more importantly, a real victory!
Next we need for fortune and vegas partner to honor original deal on players sent before the change and hopefully the roll back the change entiredly, just like roxy, wager junction and now, PartnerLogic have done.

LMAO… if Partnerlogic knew you were going to kiss them, they might have had second thoughts
Anyhow, now would DEFINITELY be a good time to establish and maintain a good rapport with affiliates at CAP.

I wish every program would share that sentiment.
August 12, 2005 at 7:24 pm #670712AnonymousInactiveI am starting to move towards the sites that are responsive and actually discuss content and ideas with me, a handfull of sites have seen the coverage i have quadrupled over showing a simple interest in my success.
those that i never hear from or never try to even establish a relationship with are fading… fading….fading…For these are the days of our lives…
