In following this forum for some time, I have noticed that others have mentioned that 1 click to their website results in about $1 in commission. Monetizing traffic has been one of the things I wanted to know since starting in this business, for the purpose of making some sort of reasonable projections. We had originally based projections on the number of real money sign ups and a $200 per sign up figure that many had cited on this forum and elsewhere, but that doesn’t seem to be working out.

In checking our stats for the past 4 months, I was surprised to find that 1 click on our site resulted in 96 cents, so that is very close to the 1=$1 that has been discussed in the past.

My question to everyone else here is…what are you finding the value of a click to be on your site? (Note: i am defining 1 click to be 1 unique visitor within a month)

    Interesting idea …

It obviously depends on the style of site and the focus of the content.

We’re a sports betting previews site … and get quite big traffic numbers … but much of the site is match previews and general sports betting advice.

As a raw conversion – I’d put our numbers at about 10c per visitor – and at around 10 pages per visit that around 1c per page viewed each month.

we have 0.5 per visit, 2.7 per unique(traffic is not high quality) – but remember that some revenue is generated by existing players database.

1 click for me works out at about $15, its high quality traffic.

I am referring to clicks into our own website.

Interesting range so far from 10 cents to $15.
