Exclamation MAJOR Terms and Conditions Changes coming at Referback
Guys there are going to be some MAJOR changes in the affiliate terms and conditions at Referback this week. I urge EVERYONE to read the new T&Cs carefully to gauge how this may impact them.

This is the beginning of Armaggedon. Guess some of us weren't crying "Wolf!" for nothing.

I am reviewing the changes now - but I urge everyone to remember that the "Classic" commission is NOT the "Classic" commission, as they introduced the "One New Player" minimum into this "Classic" commission not too long ago and people are still getting screwed by this.

On top of that, from what I have heard from Professor so far, this is not looking very good. But you guys MUST stand up and be counted now - because I am certainly not going to carry on this battle alone, especially as I have little to lose.

So in a nut shell they want to be able to control our domains and make ownership decision?

Not pay a player if they only make one deposit? This happens all the time even in land based casinos. If I am in Vegas and loose my bankroll at a casino I just go across the street to find a luckier one. The first casino still made money on me.

I really cannot imagine them going this route as it will totally destroy their affiliate program. This looks like a decision by somebody who does not understand the ramifications or a deliberate move to no longer be in the business.

It's the same as with the other ones who disregard legal contracts, with impunity I might say.

The move is putting pressure on existing affiliates to either quit or move to CPA.

In that meeting in Amsterdam everyone decided that it was a lot more profitable to them paying only a CPA and never paying recurring comissions. The move is on to squeeze the % affiliates out.

I have noticed others lately pushing CPA more and more.... placing it prominently in their stats, making your comission stats look like a tiny percentage of what could be earned...

Well, things have deteriorated so much by now, I am going to be looking for small, hungry programs to promote. At least then I know they will be happy with some 70% of the profit I generate for them...
