MAJOR Terms and Conditions Changes coming at Referback
Guys there are going to be some MAJOR changes in the affiliate terms and conditions at Referback this week. I urge EVERYONE to read the new T&Cs carefully to gauge how this may impact them.

Guys we are probably going to have to schedule a chat about this after everyone has had a chance to review the changes.

This is the beginning of Armaggedon. Guess some of us weren't crying "Wolf!" for nothing.
I am reviewing the changes now - but I urge everyone to remember that the "Classic" commission is NOT the "Classic" commission, as they introduced the "One New Player" minimum into this "Classic" commission not too long ago and people are still getting screwed by this.
On top of that, from what I have heard from Professor so far, this is not looking very good. But you guys MUST stand up and be counted now - because I am certainly not going to carry on this battle alone, especially as I have little to lose. - 08-01-2005 01:00 PM #4Guest

I'm very interested in this. Does anyone know if the changes will be retroactive?

Professor,
Would it be possible for you to move it out of private forum so others not upgraded could be informed as well?

We have public discussion here as well. The private area is private so people can discuss things freely in confidence.

Guys I am going to remove these posts about fourms as we are getting WAY off track of the core issue which is the changes in Terms and Conditions.

NP Prof.
I'm assuming we're talking about the changes proposed a month ago? IE: Classic model etc. In which case, the T&C's of which are here:

No we are definately NOT talking about those. NEW terms and conditions were uploaded TODAY. And they are sweeping changes.
