LMAOOOO and those special deals are a damn joke! They do not stick to their word on any damn deals they make, we took out hundreds of dollars from our own pockets to run a contest driven towards new players, we did get these new players many of them, guess what we were told...oh sorry they are not returning players now........ummmmmmmmm we brought them it is up to you folks to retain the players not us!!!

The bull**** they are coming up with is really ticking me off, I had to toss on my boots just to wade through it! Wayne has not impressed me with his few post , I feel like he thinks we are idots and cannot read or understand the terms, not once have they said... we are willing to work with you all and make a few small changes!

While I WAS hopeful that we were going to make progress on these issues yesterday I am now getting madder and madder at their responses and behavior today.

Well, RB better take down the "for life". It's a lie.

What's to keep RB from routing my new player through all their casinos and make a first deposit on each without ever paying me a penny?

The customer will be linked to you once he/she has made a second purchase at the casino. Once this has happened, you will own the customer. And all revenue from all of that customer’s accounts within the Belle Rock Gaming Group will be linked to you. Therefore, you will receive commission from all the casinos within the Belle Rock Group at which that customer purchases and plays at from the day he/she opened the account including the 1st purchase.

So where will they be linked before the second purchase.. And we are suppose to now trust that you will give us credit at all.. What if the player deposits once and doesn't come back and deposit for 5 months? Are we suppose to trust that we will ever get credit for this player?
