I have 2 sites for link exchange
site 1 – homepage PR4
site 2 – homepage PR6 additional pages 5 main links page 4
For homepage and sections I can do keyword links for links page can include text.
PM me for details -for homepage and sections will do no more than 7 links but have plenty of pages with good PR

Homepage linls nearly gone
Have 50+ PR 5 and PR 4 links still available
For lower PR sites have 25+ PR3 links
No more than 7 outbound links per page
